project humedia will advance the intellectual and artistic exploration of the concept of humedia in all disciplines and specialisations.

This will be achieved by helping enable broadening networks of practitioners to incorporate new media forms into their daily practice.

It will simultaneously encourage the engagement and study of dead and dying media, exploring issues of obsolesence and the ethics of oblivion.

The project team will stage events and conduct site-specific research which will deploy and archaeological sensibility to explore humans as entangled moments enmeshed in the mediate flows of our shared world.

It will embrace all modes of media and endeavour to express fluid and shifting narratives of media in the world.
