Dr Alice Feldman, as a member of the School of Sociology and the co-Director of the Migration and Citizenship Research Initiative at UCD, has managed and undertaken numerous research projects in the areas of diversity, identity and social change. She has also served as a research advisor to several NGO’s and community groups as well as state agencies in the areas migration, integration and interculturalism.

In addition to the shared project management activities, Alice contributes to the following specific project management and research activities:

• integration of cross-disciplinary research methods and cross-sector practices
• community access and involvement
• development of fieldwork plan and data analysis framework
• dissemination node for sector stakeholders – Irish and migrant-led civic organisations and voluntary sector and government-led initiatives relating to (1) integration policy and interculturalism and (2) Third and Fourth Level Education research-informed innovations associated with University-society contributions
