Sarah Tuck, the Executive Director of CREATE, the national development agency for collaborative arts, is involved in numerous initiatives directed towards providing support for artists and arts organisations working collaboratively with communities of place and/or interest. She is currently Director of the Cultural Diversity and the Arts project commissioned by the Arts Council and Department of Justice Equality and Law Reform.

In addition to the shared project management activities, Sarah contributes to the following specific project management and research activities:

• selection, recruitment and co-supervision of artist
• direction on planning, design and generation of media output
• community access and involvement
• dissemination node for sector stakeholders - Arts Council, Heritage, Community Development and Education
